Plain list of what AI Starter Hub stores when you browse packs, sign in with Gmail, or send a ₱50 unlock payment. We sell self-paced training PDFs — not a live AI tutor and not Fix Now Automations shop setup. Last updated 29 August 2026.
What we collect
· Gmail sign-in: name, email, and profile photo from Google.
· Account record: whether packs are locked, pending, or paid.
· Payment claim: method (GCash, BPI, BDO, or others we show), optional reference, and pending/paid status. We do not store your GCash PIN or bank password.
· Optional analytics (page views) if this build has Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel on. We do not sell your account to other products.
What we do not collect
· Your chats with ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI tools. Practice happens in those apps; we only host the packs.
· Customer lists, shop Messenger inboxes, or Automations kit data. Hub and Fix Now Automations stay separate.
· A live community forum. The Community page shows sample questions from the packs, not other users’ posts.
How we use it
· To unlock paid PDFs and decks after we match your transfer by hand.
· To email you when a claim is received or when downloads are approved. Emails do not pitch Automations or resume services.
· To show you the right locked/unlocked state on Account and Materials.
Who sees it
· You (your own account).
· The operator who verifies ₱50 transfers (admin).
· Google (sign-in). Cloudflare (site + optional transactional email). Firebase (client records, if this build has it on).
How long / how to delete
· We keep your account while you may need the packs, or until you ask us to delete it.
· Email hello@fixnowhelp.com to delete your Gmail profile and payment-claim record. Files you already downloaded stay on your device.
